Dear Good People,
I want to organise 2 or 3 4-balls at Zwartkop (KK will it be possible?)
alternatively Waterkloof in the afternoon 15 December 2010. The format will
be for everyone bringing a bottle of whisky 12 years and above (preferred
blends Johnny Walker, Glenlivet, Jameson and any similar quality). The price
will be distributed in this manner:
1 4-ball: winner 3 bottles runner-up 1
2 4-ball: winner 4 bottles, 1st runner-up 3 and 2nd runner-up 1
3 4-ball: winner 7 bottles, 1st runner-up 3 and 2nd runner-up 2
In the event of not having enough people the 2nd runner-up price will be
scrapped and if need be the 1st runner-up bottles will be decreased and if
necesary scrapped. Please note that this is an opportunity to stock your bar
for the festives. Please let me know by luchtime tomorrow if you interested
in order to finalise with the golf course.
Regards,
Tubs Monareng

KG Sebesho was crowned the 4th Renaissance champion and the 2010
champion. Special thanks to Soso Mokhoka for coordinating the event,
Bev Tsomele for being a clown and cameraman for the day, Lucas
Mogashoa and Colin Macheke for helping with the catering and to
Sizakele Mabuza and Les Kekana for bringing extra-meat and fish and
last but not least to all the Renaissance members and supporters the
occassion and made sure the day was a success.
The weather played a part in many people's poor performance including
that of the former champion John Segoati who failed to defend with
pride but instead languished below top ten. The audited scores are as
follows:
1. KG Sebesho (13) 32
2. Les Kekana (13) 31
3. Lucas Mzankomo (10) 30
4. Sephiri Dodo Maoela (16) 30
5. Khatu Muneri (15) 29
6. Sizakele Mabuza (22) 29
7. Tubs 'Chairman' Monareng (18) 28
8. Soso Mokhoka (13) 27
9. Deiza 'Bra Darkie' Mokgohloa (11) 26
10. Jabu Mahlangu (18) 25
11. John Segoati (9) 24
12. Sabata Mphao (13) 21
13. Bev Tsomela (10) 21
14. Jerry Maleka (13) 21
15. Collin Macheke (18) 5 - retired after 10 holes

It had to come especially after he was given the name Perseverance. It
proves that severance is the mother of success

After Kaizer Chiefs played a lousy game in Botshabelo on Saturday,
someone had to restore the Pride.
Thank you Sebesho.
