Title: MDM SME Data Analyst Role
Location: Seattle, WA
Duration: Long term project
Skill set required:
• SQL and complex data querying
• Business process analysis
• Data profiling and analysis
• Data mapping and data modeling including detailed understanding of data enrichment, match and merge, cross referencing and data hierarchies
• Detailed knowledge in Oracle TCA, Oracle Customer Data Hub (CDH), Oracle Data Quality Management (DQM), Siebel's Universal Customer Master (UCM) and Dun & Bradstreet data.
• High level knowledge of other Oracle eBS modules like Order Management, Service Contracts and Account Receivables, as related to Customer data
• Experience with enterprise level data analysis, data architecture and data integrations
• Experience with Master Data Management implementations, including application implementation, business process design for managing master data, reference data management and metadata management
Responsibilities:
• Be proactive in identifying solutions or opportunities that can help improve Business processes
• Sets strategy and direction and provides proposals for solutions to meet business requirements
• Extract Data from multiple systems including Oracle eBS, Siebel UCM, Siebel CRM and Salesforce, conduct data analysis and create the Customer data model
• Understand the impact of Customer Master data on all upstream and downstream systems and processes
• Work with technical teams to develop technical requirements and solutions
• Gather and validate business needs to translate into requirements for technical team.
• Work closely with the Data Stewards and Data Governance group in the creation of new standards and business processes to ensure data quality, accuracy, consistency and completeness of customer data, with specific responsibility for functional design creation, participation in testing of IT deliverables, and working with various business groups.
• Providing guidance and supporting the creation and maintenance of complete and accurate customer data through effective collaboration with the user community
• Partnering with other project teams including but not limited to F5 key initiatives
