Dear Sir,


This may appear surprising to you since we have not met before. My name is Brian Glicksman, Audit / Client Operation Manager, Treasury Office of Accounts - Bankers Trust Bank. I got your e-mail address from AOL- Local Yellow Page with regard to your profile, I decided to contact you.


I humbly request your consent and co-operation so as I can present you as an heir/next-of-kin of a deceased account proceeds value £5 million [Five million pound sterling] be transferred into a safe bank account you would provide for our mutual benefit. At the successful transfer of this fund into the account, I offer to reward you with 40% of the entire fund for your co-operation.
 
 
During my auditing on first-quarter bank requirement for reserves held against possible losses, I discover that one of our domiciliary accounts withholding balance of this amount £5 million (Five million pound sterling) has been dormant and lastly operated in the past (24) years. From my research and investigations, the owner of this account was a Hong Kong foreign national by name; Engr. Bruce Chung Lee, the CEO of LEERIG Bridge Construction hereinafter shall be referred to. He died on 14th April 1987 during an explosion of Gas transmission pipeline belonging to the Tennessee Gas Pipeline Company here in London.


Unfortunately before his untimely death, he did not make a valid "WILL" by not nominating a heir/next-of-kin to his estate fund deposited with our bank. Since after his death, this account has been unserviceable. My Bank authority has issued me a notice to contact the heir/next-of-kin of the deceased or, the account would be permanently shut down and the fund be diverted to the bank's treasury threshold as unclaimed. Late Engr. Bruce Chung Lee resided at Fourth Estate, 20 Bartholomew Close, london-EC1A 7QN.


So far, all my efforts to get hold of someone related to this man have proved abortive. I did thorough auditing within our relevant banking records in the account systems from 1985 - 2011 in order to find any of his relative which proved abortive, as he has no direct relative that is aware of the existence of this account. Information from the National Immigration Office states that Late Engr. Bruce Chung Lee was single on point of entry into United Kingdom.


In terms of our Bank's policy, this account shall be shut down in November 2011 if a claim is not initiated within the next 45days.


On this note, I am asking for your consent so that I can present YOU to my Bank Authority as the heir/next-of-kin of Late Engr. Bruce Chung Lee, so that the proceeds of this account value of £5 million can be transferred into your account for our both mutual benefit. Positively affect the lives of many instead of allowing the funds to be completely lost.


I shall correctly put in place the legal documents on your name to back up this claim as my late client's heir/next-of-kin that the bank may need. All I require is your honest co-operation to enable us achieve this transfer successfully.
