Job Title : SR. Business Systems Analyst/Scrum

Job Description / Requirement:
High level responsibility: The business systems analyst (BSA) will be responsible for eliciting, analyzing, and managing the requirements needed for building applications from product owners/clients. The BSA will be responsible for creating and maintaining the product backlog for each project. The BSA will be required to run the daily scrum meetings. The analyst will run the sprint planning meetings and work with both the developers and QA team to ensure the requirements are fully met and validated. The analyst will provide demos to the stakeholders at the end of each sprint and work with the stakeholders to priority the next sprint's work. The analyst will be responsible for providing database field mapping for any analytics products. The analyst will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the project and provide status updates to management when requested. The analyst will also be coordinating and facilitate UAT testing.
Requirements:
• Good communication and writing skills
• Ability to facilitate meetings
• Ability to perform day-to-day project management
• Ability to gather requirements/business rules
• Ability to work with both the business stakeholders and development team
• SQL knowledge a MUST
• Knowledge of database structure a MUST
• Knowledge of overall software development process
• Knowledge of Team Foundation Server (TFS) or other backlog management system
• Scrum/agile methodology
