Role: Manual QA( Test Executor)
Duration: Long Term
Location: Westport CT
Need Visa Copy For Submission
The test executor is someone who can execute manual tests and provide leverage to the team. He/she can learn features, follow tests scripts someone else wrote and use scripting to automate routine tasks.
This is an entry level QA role that can develop into either the Engineer or Planner roles.
Execute manual tests
Create content for test frameworks to execute
File bugs
Regress bugs
Execute release checklist items
Provide leverage to QAPs and Engineers
Setup/maintain QA environments
Help flesh out plans/test cases under supervision
Ability to read and understand code
Experience in black box testing and UI testing (white is nice)
Test strategy, Test case identification, test data creation, test execution, testing automation , results analysis/defect resolution
Automation testing experience on 1 or more tools such as Selenium, Coded UI, OR QTP
Good to have knowledge of .NET
