Role:              Senior Agile Portfolio Manager

Location:        Austin, TX

Duration:        Contract

 

 Need Visa Copy For Submission 

• Drive portfolio level activities for the large, complex programs, including executive reviews, capacity/budget forecasting, risk/obstacle resolution, and dashboarding/metrics
• Support the creation and growth of high performance agile teams; influencing key leaders and advocating for an Agile/lean culture
• Lead executive discussions on portfolio/program health, impediment resolution, stakeholder management and resolution of impediments/risks
• Evolve and serve as ambassador for the SDLC to drive execution excellence, ISO compliance and effective continuous process improvement

Required

• 5 years program and portfolio management (minimum 3 years in Agile programs)
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate, follow and deliver high-complex objectives
• Exceptional communication skills; assertive, situational awareness and passion; ability to lead change and influence; confidence to push back in order to achieve objectives
• Knowledgeable and adept regarding Agile/scrum processes; able to be the voice of reason and escalate effectively
• Experience working on global teams
• Exception communication and presentation skills
• Excellent planning ability
• Ability to build relationships, influence, facilitate and resolve conflict
• Scaled Agile experience

Preferred

• Experience in a SaaS environment
• ISO compliance experience
• Use of Rally
