Job Description -
The candidate must have the ServiceNow implementation experience. He should have rolled out on the Change Management, Incident Management and Service Request modules of ServiceNow. He must be aware of ServiceNow concept, architecture and fundamental structure and will need to rollout Change, Incident, Release, Config/Discovery, Service Request, and Service Watch modules of ServiceNow and maintain it.
