I know this mail will come to you as a surprise since we haven't known or

I am Miss Iryna Warlord Ibrahim Coulibal 24 years old female from the
Republic of Ivory Coast,West Africa ,am the Daughter of Late Chief
Sgt.Warlord Ibrahim Coulibaly (a.k.a General IB ). My late father was a well
known Ivory Coast militia leader . He died on Thursday 28 April 2011
following a fight with the Republican Forces of Ivory Coast(FRCI). You can

I am constrained to contact you because of the maltreatment which I am
receiving from my step mother. She planned to take away all my late father's
treasury and properties from me since the unexpected death of my beloved
Father. Meanwhile I wanted to travel to Europe, but she hide away my
international passport and other valuable documents. Luckily she did not
discover where I kept my father's File which contained important documents.
Now I am presently staying in the Mission in Burkina Faso. I am seeking for
long term relationship and investment assistance. My father of blessed
memory deposited the sum of US$ 7.5 Million in one bank in Burkina Faso with
my name as the next of kin. I had contacted the Bank to clear the deposit
but the Branch Manager told me that being a refugee, my status according to
the local law does not authorize me to carry out the operation. However, he
advised me to provide a trustee who will stand on my behalf. I had wanted to
inform my stepmother about this deposit but I am afraid that she will not
offer me anything after the release of the money.
Therefore, I decide to seek for your help in transferring the money into
your bank account while I will relocate to your country and settle down with
you. As you indicated your interest to help me I will give you the account
number and the contact of the bank where my late beloved father deposited
the money with my name as the next of kin. It is my intention to compensate
you with 20% of the total money for your assistance and the balance shall be
my investment in any profitable venture which you will recommend to me as
have no any idea about foreign investment. Please all communications should
be through this email address for confidential purposes.
Thanking you a lot in anticipation of your quick response. I will give you
details in my next mail after receiving your acceptance mail to help me.
Yours sincerely

Please take these issues offline, I am in the process of introducing a sponsor

Please address your governance issues or inputs with the office of the leadership, they will consider them and revert back accordingly.

reputations and I take it very serious.
Thank You

Dear Mr. Elias Borole
I do not want to get involved with a dialogue. At the same time I do not
want to engage in finger pointing and counter accusations. When I ran the
club I always welcomed suggestions. And anybody who wanted to contribute
anything was always welcome. I did state in my earlier submission that
others contributed a lot.
I personally differ with the idea of running a casual club without a
constitution and where people like myself, yourself and KK have to finance
the club at times from own funds. Example at some stage George Makume,
myself, Dazer and KK had to put out money in advance for some of the virtual
club's golf days.
I acknowledge where the club is at the moment but I am perplexed by your
statement that you and a group of people met in secret and appointed
yourself into positions. That is very irregular. I have seen so much chaos
caused by not having rules that I personally think we cannot disgrace
ourselves this way going forward.
For the record I don't support a club run by only one or two individuals. I
found it a heavy burden when KG, Soso and I took the most responsibilities.
When I started travelling extensively I explained to the interim committee
that I will not be able to actively organize games leading up to 2010 world
cup. So I find that some of your allegations and insinuations are unfounded.
I am also surprised that you could have harbored such views for such a time
and then go and hold a secret meeting to appoint your committee without
discussing with me.
I have heard from a number of members of the interim club that they are not
happy with the status quo but are just scared to suggest anything as it will
fall on deaf ears. We can't consciously have a club where the majority of
the members are members at other golf social clubs Some of our members
belong to clubs which are properly constituted. I therefore differ with your
assertion that constitution kills social clubs. In fact some of those
members go around and say that this is the most disorganized club they have
seen.
However Mr. Borole, Machaba and Makgohloa my purpose was to speak out and
say yes hear we are, let us now improve the situation going forward. If my
efforts lead to discontent and at times I am being attacked unfairly then I
might just decide to keep quite.
I have developed the following documents
1. Draft constitution.
2. Handicap spreadsheet.
3. I have taken the order of merit example.
What beats me is why are people being up in arms about suggestions to
improve the club? Like I say if the suggestions are shot down then I will
forever hold my peace.

Dear Mr Macheke and my brother
I have read your letter with keen interest and I like the history which I
will capture on our Website I am developing ,very good things about your
activities and sacrifices you made for the Renaissance club,However I am
disturbed by major omissions of facts in your letter ,there is an element of
truth in how the club was started and your vision .You also admit failure on
your part to take the Club forward ,which is understandable , except that
you don not want to vacate the office which you vacated long time ago and by
your own admission ,I am of the view that if you had commitments which made
you not to perform your duties you should have informed members at that time
and request a time out ,which you did not. This lack of direction and
commitment on your part left the club paralysed and at that point there were
some serious discontent by members to the extent that we could not conclude
any discussions or resolve matters which were raised by members.
TRUTH BE SAID!
Without mentioning names the Club was rescued by a new committee at meeting
in WaterKloof one Sunday evening and a new strategy and direction was mapped
out and implemented .This was the birth of the Renaissance Google golf club
with TUBS as the Chairman ,initially there was resistance from certain
members who obviously thought that we were going to fail ,we launched the
club on (date Tubs if you remember),and to the admission of many today the
new age way of doing things has worked for the club . We have obviously gone
through growing pains in the last 2 years but its very clear that we have
managed to understand how this club works , what is the vision and
objectives .
This club has attracted the best golfers and members with integrity and
reputation
The innovations and suggestions by members over a period of time has shown
how an open platform can make people commit to a cause and succeed .I have
actually lost count of the number of games members have organised using the
platform.
One of the member's among all who picked up the ball was KK and he did the
time table for all official games and organised the venues ,in all or some
of the games KG was the official captain .
We are not acasual club,my understanding of casual is adhoc ,I believe we
are not ,we have official monthly games which results in the Order of merit
winner and a trophy.
We have created a quarterly competition with a Club called five Woods ,of
which we have played five games with a rotating trophy.
We have decided on a Uniform, black, white and red .How is that for Identity?
The issue of the constitution ,the constitution system is old, outdated and
to a certain extend destroys social clubs ,as it does not allow flexibility
,the context of the constitution usually create an element of unnecessary
exclusivity which is not going to suit the club, you need an AGM and all the
irrelevant clauses which do not serve the purpose of the club .So this we do
not need .
How we succeeded in our approach is openness and allowed consensus to rule
,the majority of members have adjusted to this way of doing things to the
extent that I do not remember any player being late at any of our official
games or behaving in an unbecoming manner lately .
To illustrate this point ,I liked and enjoyed how the rules of the order of
merit competition were discussed and resolved ,also how the winner was
determined . All members enjoyed this competition and all members are upping
their game and the rules of the competition are clear except for few
suggestion which have been recently made, but the old rules remain .
Joining fee is also unnecessary as it will serve no purpose , members are
happy to commit and pay for the competition and green fees for the
particular game , I do not want us or the club to be held responsible for
any amount of Money for whatever reason .Money is a sensitive issue .
KK and Venus Africa sponsored the trophies for 1st ,2nd and 3rd positions
last year , the other competitions e.g. Whisky and other are settled after
the game.
I suggest that we put the matter of reestablishing the club to rest ,the
club is functioning perfect and is successful and growing everyday .
MEMBERS KNOW THE LEADERSHIP OF THE CLUB AND THERE IS NO CONFUSION .
LONG LIVE RENAISSANCE GOOGLE GOLF CLUB.
I will rest for now

Hi Malose
Without creating dialogue. Sometimes we joke and it might be taken seriously
by some people. People's credibility can come into question. Let us not give
an impression that money was not handed over to the chosen charity.
Together with KG Sebesho we organized Solly Rakosa memorial charity
tournament. Like others I contributed handsomely to the prizes. R3400,00 was
raised. I topped it up personally to arrive at a round figure of R4000,00.
The money was handed over to the school chosen by the late Rakosa"s friends.
This is a special school for kids with learning challenges in Katlegong.
Three months later we were given a date and a ceremony was held at the
school and I personally with Mr. Nduma and Mr. Sebesho handed the cheque. I
reported back at one of the meetings we held at Waterkloof.
As you know I work with various charities as it is one of my passions. One
of the lessons that we learned from the delay of a few months for the Solly
Rakosa charity event is that in all golf days I am part off where money is
raised for charity the charity should be represented at prize giving and the
cheque handed over to them on the day of the golf day. The problem with the
Solly Rakosa charity is that people pay on the day and therefore amounts are
only worked out there. But be that as it may there can still be a solution
of advancing the funds the same day.
Lastly I am not campaigning for any position. As you would know running a
golf social club is a voluntary position which comes at great cost and
personal sacrifice. It is not a lucrative political position. So therefore I
say whoever volunteers their time and efforts to build a solid club should
not be discouraged.
We should not stand and block progress.
I am happy that you sent me an sms in which you pledged your support to my
efforts to improve and formalize the club.

Mr. Macheke,
In your absence, without your desired constitution and formal rules and
codes of conduct, the club has successfully grown from where you and the
interim leadership left it, to be where it is today. Let us not be
economical with the truth here, this club was on its death bed when you
abandoned it owing to your travelling schedule. So, the demise of the club
was not due to your so-called travelling schedule. You and the interim
committe,
1. Failed to submit and co-ordinate adoption of the constitution, a task
we had had mandated you and the committe to finalise.
2. You failed to finalise the club attire,
3. As much as you did organise the Rakosa benefit golf day, we asked until
we were blue in our faces, for months after the event, why the funds have
not been delivered to the nominated charity. You never fashioned any
response.
4. In the time that you led this club, you never once called an AGM to
discuss any matters of the club's administration.
Now that the club has grown and the formalisation and code of conduct is
addressed as and when we have a challenging situation. Contrary to what you
state, our code of conduct is growing by the day and these are sure signs
indicating we are growing albeit, very slowly. The beauty of our groth is
that its evolutionary and not imposed by those who believe they know how
these things should be done. We like the flexibility that Rennaissance
offers us.
I have stated my view, that is the club, in its current format meets all my
golfing needs and don't need anything more. If there are people who share
your sentiments about this being the most unorganised club ever, as you
state, then I challenge them to nail their colours to the mast and declare
their view on the forum.
Mr. Macheke, in your absence we have had no strife in the club and very
little contestations for power. I would implore you to please to let
sleeping dogs lie and not spread confusing amongst the club membership.

Friends, Golfer, Compatriots and Elder Peoples,
I am not sure whether I am out of line again here and this topic was raised
last week and there seems to be no conclusion to it. Should I start getting
worried about the leadership of well established "Renaissance Golf Club" or
the matter will be resolved in an amicable way? or should I start running
for presidency? or will face DC for declare in public that I have ambition
to run for presidency?
I stand to corrected I never saw this coming but I am happy that it came
out and I would like to contribute in any debate or shape or form of
dialogue BUT I don't see any issue so far and the club is been run like a
social club and that is what is all about or I missing something. Yes there
are issues needed to be resolved 1) We started our
monthly competition without knowing which format to use, 2) We complaint
about the afternoon games and this was corrected. We have issues
bout whiskey games when is deemed completed? We correct that? We had issues
about handicaps and that is still in progress.
Where is the problem? or can we close the topic and move forward
