Position Purpose
· The Delivery Manager will lead the delivery of business outcomes to enhance and improve the IT Security service.
· The Delivery Manager role involves both defining and facilitating the adoption of new business processes and technology-based solutions for IT Security and Identity & Access Management.
· The Delivery Manager will review, analyze, and identify gaps in business process documentation and create and/or improve documentation for running the IT Security and Identity & Access Management services.
· For technology-based solutions, the Delivery Manager will assist in defining business requirements, developing project scope and approach, and leading the overall delivery of these solutions to project completion.
· The Delivery Manager will ensure all service related documentation is completed and a sustained service support model is defined for end-user and operations adoption.
· The Delivery Manager will assist in policy development/governance and IT audit management.
· Strong organizational and communication skills are necessary to be effective in this role.
Key Responsibilities
· Assist in managing a team of IT professional to implement and roll-out business processes and technology-based solutions.
· Review, analyze, and identify gaps in IT Service processes and create and/or improve service related processes and documentation for key stakeholders.
· Act as an advocate on behalf of ITS Security to ensure service level are met.
· Assist in policy development, governance and IT audit management.
Necessary Skills and Knowledge
Ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
Strong project delivery management skills.
Relationship management skills with the ability to cultivate and maintain strong networks of people who contribute to the success of the function.
Strong communication skills with the ability to understand business processes, policy requirements and high level technical details and translate them into expected business solutions.
Business process analysis and change management skills.
Strong experience with Microsoft Office (Word, OneNote, SharePoint, Outlook, Excel, Visio)
Minimum years of experience
3+ year(s) of IT industry experience preferred, including global IT organizations.
Minimum level of education (or attach Job Description)
Undergraduate degree required, IT-related field preferred
