Position: Agile Coach/CSM Consultant
Location: Plano, TX
Duration: Long Term
· Industry is not required what's more important is that they are a very grounded Agile Practioner.
· AWS is desired, the stronger the skillset/working knowledge the better
· Excellent communication and leadership skills
· Has background coaching teams
· Actually practicing agile
· Not PMs that fell into an agile environment
· Screening asap/early next week, needs to move on this
· She has 4 openings, if she finds good candidates she can fill the other 3 with contract to hire instead of looking for FTE immediately
The application of knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to the definition, planning and tracking of project activities to meet or exceed customer and stakeholder needs and expectations.
Provides process and technical direction to SCRUM/KANBAN teams and others. Actively provides SCRUM coaching to teams. Consults on and utilizes latest rapid development or other non-sequential development methodologies. Serves as subject matter expert on Agile development methods and processes. Typically possesses most skills of the traditional project manager.
5+ years in financial services industry
Deep experience with XP and RAD/JAD
5+ concurrently
Desired:
Experience leading projects using formal project management methodologies desired
Preferred
Excellent – strategic application of experience and transforming large organizations
Version One, GitHub, Chef and ATDD tools/method experience preferred
Ability to effectively communicate across multiple levels (Executive Sponsors to team members)
Proven ability to lead a diverse group towards resolution when faced with ambiguous situations
