Title: Senior Program Manager (Order Mgmt)

Requirements
Responsibilities:
Partner with Business and IT teams to successfully execute a program / set of projects from initiation through delivery. Engage with Product Owners and Work Stream Leads on a daily basis to ensure that the team is always focused on the right priorities (near term) and ensure that there is a clear line of site to longer term goals / objectives. Drive program/project schedules and status reporting, organize cross functional activities ensuring the program/project is completed on schedule and within budget constraints. Has experience in Order to Cash processes, will be accountable for the design, development and management of solutions enabling an effective, automated order entry process and system for Microsoft's hardware customers. The PPM will work with various IT and partner teams to: Gain an end to end understanding of the customers' experience(s) including how ATP, credit terms, payment terms, pricing, delivery. Returns policies impact current state.
