Title: C#.NET Developer
Location: Franklin, TN
Duration: 6 Months + Possible Extension

Job Responsibilities :
· Development in C#.NET
· SQL Development
· Data analyst skills and experience would be great. The development efforts will be integrating with custom ETL utilities/data.
· Gather and analyze business requirements
· Develop technical specifications and design documents
· Working in conjunction with business analysts to develop, test and implement new production audit opportunities and trends
· Focus on driving productivity and quality of rule outputs to allow identification staff to achieve and exceed monthly goals
· Analyze data files for quality, quantity, and accuracy
· Identify data anomalies that may impact our rules and claim processes
· Develop, collect and analyze metrics and data to formulate fact-based decisions and proactively implement process improvements
· Excellent time management and leadership skills to ensure business objectives and goals are met
· Designing, coding, testing, debugging, documenting and supporting all types of applications consistent with established specifications and business requirements to deliver business value
· Developing pioneering approaches to emerging industry trends
· Contribute to development team and help to achieve key business objectives
· Contribute to large, complex projects to achieve key business objectives
· Collaborate with the team on application architecture design and decision-making
· Design and implement application enhancements in collaboration with different teams
· Solves unique and complex problems with broad impact on the business
· Translates highly complex concepts in ways that can be understood by a variety of audiences
· Ability to organize and execute multiple re-occurring and one-off tasks and projects at one time
· Experience with troubleshooting and problem solving with an analytical mindset
· Healthcare knowledge and experience
Experience Required;
3+ years of experience working as a Microsoft C# .NET developer
3+ years of experience with SQL Server
3+ years of experience in full Software Development Life Cycle
