Title: Business Analyst- Data Analytics (Oracle, APEX)
Location: Jersey City, NJ
Duration: Long Term
Rate: $45/hr C2C
Responsibility
The Data Analytics is a technical role working in CTO Infra Service Organization. You will have close interaction with Project Manager, Engineering, DBA and SA as well as Application support personnel. The ideal candidate will have a pro-active approach to involvement and driving continual operational improvements.
The successful candidate needs to be self-motivated, a good team player, willing and able to turn their hand to almost any task performed by the team.
* Work with IT teams, management and/or developer to determine the need
* Mine data from primary and secondary sources
* Analyze and interpret results using standard statistical tools and techniques
* Identify new opportunities for process improvement"
* Provide concise data reports and clear data visualizations for management
Required Qualification
• 5+ years of data analytics work-related experience (preferably in Finance Area)
• Strong in Data visualization and reporting techniques
• 5-8 years of experience in Unix Shell scripting and Perl programming"
• 2-3 years experience of Oracle database administration
• Strong in Oracle PL/SQL and SQL querying languages"
• Working experience on reporting tools (eg, Crystal, MS Excel etc.)
• Working experience of Oracle Application Express (APEX) is preferable
• Good verbal and written communication
• Expectations "Good oral and written communication skills.
• "Well organized individual with strong programming experience.
• "Builds positive working relationships and works collaboratively with other team members
• "Experience in a large corporate environment
Education:
· BA/BS related field is preferable.
