Ø Project Manager, MS-Project, Office365, Infrastructure, BA degree, Project plans, Budgeting, proposals, Agile
o Proficient knowledge of standard project management practices
o Proficient knowledge of project management software such as MS Project
o Proficient project planning skills, including the ability to organize, prioritize and control job responsibilities in order to meet deadlines in an environment with overlapping and potentially conflicting priorities
o Ability to remain flexible and adapt to changing priorities with promptness, efficiency and ease
o Proficient relationship building skills, including the capacity to predict and manage behavior, build and leverage cross-functional partnerships within and outside of the organization, and leverage influential leadership
o Ability to resolve conflicting situations by effectively negotiating each viewpoint
o Lead and manage project development from beginning to end by defining project scope, goals and deliverables that support desired business outcomes in collaboration with management and stakeholders.
o Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
o Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
o Partner with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
o Estimate resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
o Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary.
o Where required, negotiate with other department managers for the acquisition of required personnel from within the company.
o Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
o Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
o Plan, schedule and track project milestones and deliverables using appropriate tools.
o Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
o Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas.
o Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
o Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycle.
o Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
o Build, develop, and grow business relationships vital to the success of the project.
o Conduct project post mortems and create a recommendations report in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
o Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management.
