• Hadoop, Hive, HBase, Spark,Talend, Sqoop,PIG Scripts,Shell script ,Python, Map reduce Framework: 3-5 year
• 5+ years' experience as a big data developers
• Previous experience on working with Big Data Projects
• 6+ years of scripting experience with shell, Perl, Python, R, Scala, Pig, Oozie, Java or similar
• 5+ years of RDBMS experience with Teradata/Oracle/MySQL/MSSQL/
• 4+ years of ETL experience: 4 years
Required Skills:
• Excellent understanding on Big data platform and architecture .
• Thorough and extensive knowledge of the Hadoop ecosystem and distributed computing, including but not limited to Hadoop, Hive, HBase, Flume,Spark,Talend, Sqoop,Map-Reduce framwork
• Experience writing and debugging several scripting languages (R, Python, Java, Pig, Oozie) for low-level processing, scheduling tasks, analytics, and similar
• Experience tuning, benchmarking, and performing maintenance on large-scale enterprise systems, as well as smaller proof-of-concept type clusters
• Knowledge of modern security best practices and techniques for encrypting data in transit and at rest, protecting data privacy without sacrificing performance or data analysis capabilities
• Knowledge and experience interacting with application servers and web servers such as Nginx, Redis, IBM WebSphere, Tomcat, WebLogic, etc.
• Understanding of Data ware housing concept and Change data capture.
• Ability to visualize and map out all components of an architecture powerfully and succinctly to call out in executive level reports and presentations
• Ability to demonstrate and convey complex ideas to executives and technical staff in plain language
