Position: UX/UI Designer

Location: Madison, WI

Duration: Long Term

Job Description:

·         The Senior UX/UI Designer responsible for creating prototypes, wireframes, flow diagrams, customer journeys, conceptual models and other user centered design artifacts for our clients mobile apps.

·         Collaborate with a cross-functional team that includes engineers, product managers in order to create simple, easy-to-use software.

·         Translate client business requirements, user needs, technical requirements into designs that are visually enticing, easy to use, and emotionally engaging.

·         Provide the technical ability to create and draft re-visualization designs for web sites, UI, UX, web applications, and developing, building, and delivering the UI UX assets needed for a project

·         You will have an exceptional portfolio showcasing creativity across different mediums.

Required Skills

·         5+ years of user experience design experience for software, Web applications which leverage emergent technologies, and/or mobile devices

·         Executing interaction design and visual design as a part of a multi-disciplinary team, able to deal with project managers and stakeholders directly

·         Strong conceptualization ability, strong visual communication ability, drawing skills and sketchbook technique

·         Exceptional design skills, production value and attention to detail

·         Ability to create fully fleshed out visual design comps

·         Strong working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator,UXPin and associated design tools

·         Experience with user interface design patterns and standard UCD methodologies

·         MS in HCI, Human Factors or related field. CUA certification is plus.
