Job Description:
The Client's Tax Credits Group is seeking a senior applications engineer to use an extensive software development background to understand business problems and design solutions that fit within the client's mature infrastructure.
This unique position allows an individual to maintain competence in the latest technologies while being embedded in the business side of the organization. This position will require constant learning through self-training, conferences and dedicated onsite/offsite training. Strong business analytical and problem solving skills are required along with the ability to design, implement and test programming/configuration changes with the upmost attention to quality. This position requires the management of many concurrent tasks and business initiatives.
Requirements:
1) 7+ Years of Experience in Application Design/Development
2) Strong T-SQL Programming Skills
3) Proficient in .NET (C# or VB.NET), ASP.NET, Microsoft SQL Server and WCF Web Services
4) HTML-5 Web Development w/ Frameworks such as Telerik
5) SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
6) Agile Methodology for Project Management
7) SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)/Crystal Reporting
8) SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS) /COGNOS Cube Development
9) Microsoft Project/Excel/Access/Visio
10) Direct Customer Interaction
11) Experience with Payroll/Payroll Processing
