Job Title : Lead Oracle SOA Developer
Location: Rockville, MD
Duration: Long Term
Only US Citizen AND Green Card
Requirements
· MUST be hands on (Coding)
· Conduct systems analysis and lead programming activities related to the development of web services for a large SOA transformation effort
· Apply leading-edge principles, theories, and concepts to job assignments and contribute to the advancement of industry knowledge in the area of expertise
· Solve complex technical problems of critical importance to the organization's technical direction
· Serve as lead developer to guide others, develop, and implement services using the Oracle SOA suite
· Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of overall experience as a SOA developer, systems designer, and/or systems architect
· Expert-level experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware technologies, including hands-on implementation experience with Oracle SOA Suite, including EDN, Mediator, OSB, BPEL
· Expert experience in systems integration involving web services/APIs, Java/J2EE, SOA technologies and REST Framework
· Expert experience with web service standards, protocols, design patterns, and languages including REST/JSON, SOAP, XML/XSL and WSDL
· Ability to lead the development of proofs of concept and presenting alternatives analyses to senior-level clients
· Knowledge of the infrastructure layer and the ability to develop hardware specifications to match performance/scalability requirements
